Q1:  How can I request a sample online? 

Click the online service to contact a customer manager and place an order for an RTS product.


Q2:  If I have customization requirements, what should I do? 
Simply send us your customization requirements, and we will respond with the relevant solutions for your smart wearable device project within a couple of days of receiving your inquiry. If the reply is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Q3: What is the OEM Smart Wearable Device Customization Process?
Step 1: Select samples from our existing products for testing. 
Step 2: Confirm the requirements, cost, and MOQ for your OEM project. Sign the OEM Project Agreement.
Step 3: Submit payment for the OEM fees, and customization work will commence according to the agreement.
Step 4: Review and confirm the OEM samples. 
Step 5: Initiate bulk orders.

Q4:  What is the ODM Smart Wearable Device Customization Process?

Step 1: Define the features and functions of the smart wearable device.

Step 2: If all features are achievable, provide drawings or designs for the device.

Step 3: Based on the previous steps, confirm materials such as CPU and sensors. This will determine the cost and quality of the device.

Step 4: Confirm the ODM cost, including mold and engineering costs, as well as the unit price of the product. Also, estimate the quantity for the initial order, considering there will be a Minimum Order Quantity for a new project. The quantity for the initial batch order should be around 3,000-5,000 units.

Step 5: Sign the ODM Project Agreement, covering samples, batch order timelines, patent issues, etc.

Step 6: Submit payment for the ODM fees, and customization work will commence according to the agreement.

Step 7: Test samples after mold production is complete, review and confirm the ODM samples. 

Step 8: Initiate bulk orders.

Q5: How do I know my design will be kept confidential? 

We of course will sign and adhere to any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. We also have a strict policy within our factory that no photographs are ever allowed of a customer’s product without express permission. Ultimately we rely on our reputation of working with hundreds of thousands of unique designs over many years and never allowing any proprietary information to be disclosed to a third party.


Q6.  Are lead times in working days or calendar days?

Lead times are quoted in calendar days. As per our Terms and Conditions, quoted lead times commence only after completion and confirmation of design for manufacturing review and the beginning of actual production.
